    To many issues over here. If it’s not Ppl broken into your car . It’s stuff not getting fixed or its mold everywhere. Don’t leave your car outside from 10pm to 7 am . You will come out ur apt with a broken window.

    They have roaches, the apartments aren’t up to date or renovated. I have leaks in my ceiling that have been so called fixed at least 3 times.

    The best thing about Arbor Creek Apartments is the landscaping. They do a wonderful job. It's nice being walking distance from stores and restaurants. Also the trails are nice for walking. After that, this place goes downhill. Feels like a glorified hotel. Walls are so thin, I know when my neighbors are happy, sad, mad, sick, frisky and drunk. I can also hear when my neighbors shower, do laundry, burn something and fight. I have requested for my sink (that fills with disgusting water and won't go ...
    down AND the faucet sprays like a sprinkler) for months. They never fix it. Ever. Like never. Roaches, spiders, millipedes, centipedes are everywhere.

    I have lived here for 4 years and being kicked out when my lease is up. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The neighbors above me made so much noise all day and at all hours of the night. The staff never helped me once. The noise echoed through the building and they blamed me?! There was also so much banging on the floor upstairs and it would never end. So I am the one that is told to leave. How does that make any sense? Very prejudice people at the ...
    office. This place is disgusting! Maintenance takes so long to help with any issues that you have. I would never refer anyone here to live.

    I moved in Jan 15 . It’s really nice and peaceful neighborhood. I have met some neighbors who are pretty open arms and polite . Overall I love the space and location

    Great place to live. Love the community . Everyone at the front office is patient and knowledgeable of all things going on and the really keep you up to date on changes and services happening.

    I like it here! People keep to themselves for the most part and are nice. Office admin and maintenance are nice and do a good job of taking care of the residents and complex. Being so close to the mini mart is very convenient as well!

    The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, have no complaints after living here nearly one year, other residents here that I have encounter seem pleasant enough. Never hear any noise from other apartments, it’s quiet and peaceful maintenance. Does a very good job completing requests would recommend This apartment complex to others.

    Comes with good things amenities however the condition of the apartment is not the best and there is definitely a roach problem in the apartment.

    Awesome community they need to work on some things but that’s everywhere. Anything I need done it takes a while which they need to also work on but it gets done

    Takes too long to here back from the office staff. Maintenance is decent but they too sometimes take too long to respond. For the most part I have had decent neighbors.
