April 17, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe best thing about Arbor Creek Apartments is the landscaping. They do a wonderful job. It's nice being walking distance from stores and restaurants. Also the trails are nice for walking. After that, this place goes downhill. Feels like a glorified hotel. Walls are so thin, I know when my neighbors are happy, sad, mad, sick, frisky and drunk. I can also hear when my neighbors shower, do laundry, burn something and fight. I have requested for my sink (that fills with disgusting water and won't go ...down AND the faucet sprays like a sprinkler) for months. They never fix it. Ever. Like never. April 13, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for 4 years and being kicked out when my lease is up. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The neighbors above me made so much noise all day and at all hours of the night. The staff never helped me once. The noise echoed through the building and they blamed me?! There was also so much banging on the floor upstairs and it would never end. So I am the one that is told to leave. How does that make any sense? Very prejudice people at the ...office.
