I had a pleasure of visiting this complex while in town for a week visiting a friend. The front office staff and maintenance staff made me feel at home even though I was just visiting. They always greeted me with a smile and said good morning or have a nice day. Everything my friend told me about this place is true. It really makes you feel at home. I will refer friends who are looking for a place to call home. Became a visitor and left as family.

Any common areas receiving preventative maintenance and even severe weather conditions at times are often sent out to the community for advanced awareness . The property is clean and grounds are kept extremely well. We are also very happy with the construction of the units as our energy bill is very low. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and always offer a smile and helping hand with any of our needs. When a package arrives, we also receive a personal mobile notification text from them directly that it is ready for pickup. Ms. Amber and her staff are exceptional when it comes to property management and I am glad we found them. Keep up the good work Arbor Crossing!

I made the decision to move into an apartment after living in a house for 5 years. After shopping around the recently built apartments in Tallahassee I came across Arbor Crossing at Buck Lake. My experience, from the first moment I walked into the clubhouse to 6 months of living at the property, is why I am writing this review. The staff is exceptional, the property is beautiful, and the day-to-day experience is what a home should be. Very impressed with Arbor Crossing.

These apartments are beautiful, yes, but this property has some major flaws. First, the entrance off of Mahan and the turns to actually enter the apartment portion of the property are very dangerous. The turns are narrow and sooner or later there is going to be an accident between two cars approaching each other. There is an over-sized sign actually blocking some of the view of any oncoming traffic as you enter from Mahan. Second, there are more tenant/guest cars than there is actual parking ...

spaces. Third, there is virtually no sound-proofing between floors and ceilings. You can hear every move your neighbors make or every thump of a neighbors' TV/stereo. Some of that can also be blamed on rude neighbors but the Property owner is at fault for not taking necessary measures to avoid sound issues (skipping steps for the sake of saving $$?) Clearly there was no testing done as to sound disturbances as each building was finished.
