Not a chance!
July 1, 2018This building stinks, kids and animals run loose without any supervision. The walls are moldy and for someone in a wheelchair there is no way to get up the steep stairs. The conditions of the building are not improving and bedbugs are a major issue. There is no privacy and anyone can acess any unit as the doors dont lock securely... if you have a chance run..Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
May 13, 2018The building is dirty and continues to have bedbug problems. Hallways stink and "kids" bother every single resident and guest, considering they have no manners. Dog shot, is another issue this building is covered in. Walls seemed dark so I assume mold is another issue coming up. Would not recommend this to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
Pathetic...
April 24, 2018When you enter the building the smell is the first thing to breed you. Mold on the walls is visible altho they tryed to hide it. Dog poop is all over the place and fitness center cant ne found. Rooms are tiny for the price of apartments and a 2 bedroom cant accommodate 2 adults better yet 2 adults and 2 kids.The nice levels are fairly high and restriction on parking is pathetic. So now you expect adults to share cars? Garage is overpriced and cant accommodate a full size car. The realety
February 9, 2018I would not recommend this place to anyone. From the looks of it the walls may not last too long, Seems like a lot of the mold is right on walls. Well that's not everything, the closets are far from walk in sized. Infect if your looking into a two bedroom unit then that second bedroom is the closet. The entire place stinks of animal "Leftovers" which owners fail to clean. Gated outdoor space where is that? Chair accessible rooms need stairs to get to unfortunately unless you expect someone with ...disabilities staying in that apartment and not going anywhere. not what I saw
February 6, 2018The Building was not gated, and clubhouse didn't exist. However the gated outdoors have also not been there. I'm impressed that owners don't clean after there dogs in fact even inside of the building smelled like dog pee and scat. The first level has patios that are free access from the outside and are in no way protected. Second and thired have balconies that are about to fall apart. The management said They would allow all the pets however had issues with a hamster and German shepherd. I'm ...sorry but for the money I can find something better looking and welcoming.Property Manager Responded
