We have lived here for a couple months now and we love it! The property is well-maintained. Any maintenance request is fixed usually the same day no matter how big or small the problem. This apartment has been surprisingly quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We have had no issues at all and look forward to living here a long time.

My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for the entire summer and just couldn't find one that really worked for us. So we found club at lake jackson and we're seriously considering it. Until we went across the street and saw Arbor landing and of course we thought there is no way we can afford something this beautiful and perfect! So we got a tour and a packet and everything. They didn't have any of the 3 bed 2 baths available but they called us a week later and one had open up and ...

When I first heard about this apartment complex I was very skeptical. I looked it up on the web and thought " Wow this is really nice". My Fiancée and I decided to take a walk thru, and we fell in love!! The staff that greeted us are wonderful, the property is beautiful, and don't get me started about the pool. MOST of all the apartments are very nice, and BIG!! To make a long story short, my Fiancée and I are VERY happy to be called a resident.

I have lived here since early last year and honestly I love it! BUT I do have one problem. Some residents have propane grills on their balconies and in the lease it says NO Propane Grills are allowed on the balconies. I would really hate for an accident to happen with a propane grill in the building I live in. When I contacted the office staff they said they would take care of it. Have they taken care of it? NO they have not. My neighbors like to grill all the time with their propane grill. To me ...
I think the Office Staff needs to get it together and start enforcing this rule that is listed in the lease. God for bid something bad happens with a propane grill, I will not be happy and I'm sure other residents will not be happy either. So please Arbor Landing do something about the grills before you have a bigger problem on your hands!!!

Huge bedrooms, excellent appliances,very quick maintenance responses,ample parking, the property is maintained with constant landscaping upkeep,also they constantly positively interact with tenants by having contests offering various prizes and occasionally offer different food treats such as morning coffee and pastries as you leave the complex for work.

The apts are very spacious. The grounds are always kept up and clean. The staff are always willing to go beyond to help the tenants. The maintenance guys are always professional and quick to respond. We looked all over Tallahassee for a 2/2. Arbor Landings had the most square footage for about the same price as the smaller apartments. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We were relocating from another state, the office staff made sure we had everything we needed before move in. Arbor Landings has been a perfect choice to call home.

My apartment complex is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the mamgement office is happy, helpful, caring, and quick. If you have a problem they will literally drop what they are doing to help you. I could not have picked a better place. The maintenance workers here are quick, they fix problems as soon as they come up. If it is something they are having problems with they are determined to get it fixed for you. The upkeep of the complex is clean and beautiful! The staff here make the stay here ...
