Maintenance
March 28, 2024When I moved in a few things needed repairs. Making a maintenance request is very easy. Communication is important to me and Kat always responds within a few hours. Nehemiah is a terrific maintenance person. We have an indoor ring camera and once he was done repairing the dryer he used my broom and cleaned up after himself. In past apartments anytime maintenance came by they would leave muddy shoe prints and garbage for me to clean up when I got home. The property grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The apartment itself is roomy and is very up to date. It has been a while since I can say I love where I live. I love my home
January 12, 2023Our place is so cozy, and oftentimes we feel like it’s not even an apartment. Our apartment neighborhood is quiet and just right! From the first call, to the move-in date, to present day, Kat has been a prompt, clear and reliable communicator - she is professional to a ‘T’!!
