A great place to call home!
September 28, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived on this property for 23 years, and have resided in my current apartment for 12 years! I absolutely love my apartment! It is a perfect home and fits like a perfect pair of shoes! The rooms are very spacious, plenty of storage and closet space. The community is peaceful, quiet and the grounds are very well kept. I really have been very happy living here all of these years! I have always loved the office staff as they are consistently professional and very helpful. Great maintenance ...staff as well! All work orders are worked in a timely manner and problem solved at the first attempt. My longevity residing at this complex explains is all. Dirty, Bad management
November 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe have roaches in all the buildings and their pest control would come in and not even spray anything or lay any traps. I spoke to other residents and they had similar stories. They have tenants that would blast music at all hours of hay and night. Management wouldn't do anything about it noise complaints. You would have to call 3 or 4 times just to get them to respond to a single issue. The security gate is broken and just left open every other day. For an older community (being built in the 80’s) they have really maintained these apartments!! Not only do they look so nice on the inside, the prices can’t be beat especially for the great location!! The only thing better than that is how wonderful the whole staff was, if only other ...leasing offices could learn from these ladies!! Surprised and relieved!!
September 17, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI’m not going to lie, I was definitely a bit skeptical and worried when reading previous reviews in regards to this property but when I went to tour I was quickly reassured I was making a wonderful decision by choosing to make this place a new home for me and my family. If those issues were true at the time about the billing and dog poop and trash and roaches, they were resolved by the time I got here which to me shows the importance of keeping their residents comfortable and happy and that the ...staff does everything in their power to keep us happy and providing a wonderful experience. I have had horrible experiences renting apartments in my past and I can honestly say finding Arbor on Richmond was a life saver and a place I will call home for years to come. The staff makes me and my family feel like part of their family. I love how involved they are with hosting all types of gatherings and parties for the residents and how they go over and beyond with the cutest themes! May 2, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe good thing about this apartment is that its close to restaurants but that's about it. Your water gets turned off without proper notice. There is dog poop around the property and its sad because you have to watch where you walk.Also walking around the property you will see garbage which sometimes gets all over the place because of the stray animals.Its even worse by the mailboxes. They have a bad roach problem which is a complete headache. Another thing that arbor on richmond have been ...cheating there residents because they were charging residents base fees when in the lease it states that they(ARBOR ON RICHMOND) are supposed to deduct. A representative will comment that they didnt t cheat their residents by charging that fee but it's a LIE. We take the upkeep and appearance of our community very seriously here, so if you ever see a resident not cleaning up after their pets, or leaving garbage somewhere we ask that you report it to our office right away. If you have any other feedback for us we would love to hear from you in our office as well. In response to to the water comment, we recently hired AT&T to install fiber optic cables so that Arbor on Richmond residents would have access to faster internet service and cheaper cable TV. Unfortunately, when they started they hit a water line. We did not know in advance this was going to happen, if we would have known we most certainly would have given our residents notice. Finally, we would like to ensure you that we always bill according to Texas State Law. We sincerely hope we're able to turn things around for you soon.

April 28, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI will say that the apartment is in a nice area but as far as fair polices they have DROPPED THE BALL? They are charging residents for things they shouldn't be charged. In their lease it states that the utility bill is supposed to deduct at least 25% if there is an installed landscape irrigation system.They have the system but is only deducting 5% from the bill. However, we assure you that we would never do anything to violate the terms of one's lease, and we would certainly never do anything to take advantage of our residents. Just to be clear, when the addendum says deduct for irrigation, it is referring to irrigation on the entire property. Arbor only has irrigation in front of the leasing office. We're in no way illegally billing, and we would never do anything to violate the state of Texas' guidelines. If you would like clarification on this or any of our other policies, please feel free to stop by our office sometime. We hope to get things cleared up for you soon.

Researched all of the review sites and was hesitant until I actually visited the property. In fact, I made several unannounced visits to the property and each time the management staff made me feel comfortable every time.
