SO BAD
April 25, 2018Cathy the manager is one of the rudest people on the planet. The office never answers the phone. IF you need something fixed they half --- it and blame you why it's not working. There are nasty cats everywhere. You will see dead cats every where. Bomber was living in the apartment complex and everyone was evacuated. He also started a fire before just a week before. There has been drug busts. Some of the children are bullies and will beat your kids. There is no back ground check so you have no ...idea who you are living by. Its gated but the gate is always open. Or people will sit and block it where you can't get in unless you let them in and they don't live there. The pool is always dirty and green. If they clean it its so strong you will burn your skin if you go into it. The laundry room never works correctly. The washers are gross and dirty and don't clean your clothes. The dryers never work and steal your money. The AC units are never checked then they leak everywhere in your house and its some how your fault. They never replace the vents for your AC even when you ask. They only clean up the property once a year when bank inspections come up so they look good for the bank. The only person who helps is Bianca. If you call the management company who employees the employees at Arborgate even the emergency line to ask for help they do not call you back and its an emergency line. Its bad.
