Beautiful Apartments but Nothing Works
August 10, 2015Beautiful apartments. They are very spacious and pretty cheap compared to other apartments in the area. The problem is that the wiring has not been done since 1973 when the apartments were built. There is a crackling sound from our fuse panel and instead of having an electrician fix it, maintence has replaced the fuse panel 3 times in less than a year. They will not listen. Also, cable and internet are awful. I've had cox come out on 4 separate occasions only to finally tell me It is the wiring ...and now even though I move out in 2 months, I have to pay for cox to replace the apartments old wiring. Last month, there was no water for 24 hours and the people in the office claimed there were letters put up in the hallways down stairs, but I live upstairs and have no reason to observe my neighbors doors, so I was surprised to wake up and not be able to take a shower. Lastly, there was a tenant evicted last month and instead of properly discarding the persons belongings, all if them were thrown into the parking lot taking up 2-3 spots when there is already no room. I hate to say it because this place has so much potential, but I would not recommend anyone to live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
