Great place to live
November 14, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comHaving just signed my fifth lease recently, I could not see my wife and I ever leaving unless we decide to take on the responsibility of owning a home. The location is perfect and has everything I need within a couple of miles. The appearance is always well kept and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet with lots of safe routes for walking our dog. Great Location and Floor Plans!
November 13, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThe Arbors of Boerne is located in a residential-type neighborhood surrounded by single family homes. It is a comfortable, established complex. The floor-plans are well-designed and there are decent-sized closets. There are many mature trees and good green spaces where you can walk your pets. There is a good-sized swimming pool with lounge chairs for relaxing and tanning and a covered area with tables and chairs for enjoying an outdoor picnic. There is an air-conditioned work-out room with a TV ...in the area next to the pool. There are individual grills and picnic tables spaced in convenient areas around the property for use of the residents. Covered parking is available and that's a plus that is not always easy to find in apartment complexes. Each apartment has a patio where you can relax and enjoy your plants and bird feeders.
