Expensive but Bad Service
February 11, 2023Do not move here. It is extremely expensive, they will jack up the prices every year, but the return is bad service and lies from management. Okay location is not worth the hassle. And forget peaceful, there was a shooting here last year, which resulted in the name change from Carrington to Oxbow. I have a broken dishwasher that management didn't bother to replace until I approached maintenance myself, and then they replaced it with another broken dishwasher. They refuse to replace it, always ...saying they're waiting for this or for that, but it's just a game for them. I have had a broken, unusable drawer for over a year. I have an AC unit that leaks constantly, and I have to take out the condensation with a bucket or it will leak into the downstairs neighbors, and who knows whether management would do anything about any black mold that would result from that. Management promised that they wouldn't raise the rent this year, and they sent me a lease with the same lease amount, but then they rescinded it when it was too late for me to move and raised my rent anyway.Property Manager Responded

No response AT ALL
November 16, 2021Been weeks without any response from this property about an application. No calls, no emails NOTHING. They wont even review my application. They have made zero contact with me and ignore every time I reach out to them to inquire. No one here does thier job. They dont even respond to low reviews because they clearly do not care at all. This place is so weird! Dont bother, they do not respect anyone time or money and they will waste yours. Had to contact my bank and try dispute an application ...charge when they can not even review my application before our move date. They absolutely do NOT care.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 20, 2016I have lived here about five months and very good experience so far. Awesome office staff and maintenance staff. Everything has been so smooth and easy. June 2, 2016I recently moved here and all I can tell you is that I am very pleased, the maintenance is good, Marvin is an awesome person who keeps everything running smooth, the lady at the office couldn't more helpful, they are great, the equipment at the laundry rooms are in good condition, and this something to be thankful, the parking are always maintained in good condition and security is good, you hardly hear noise and that is great, the pool is clean and well maintained. This is the real facts
July 26, 2015My family and I have been renting here at carrington place for a year now and have had nothing but disrespect from the apartment manager and her pet at the front desk. We went with out a dish washer for 6 months, every month i went down complaining and never got any thing done. I'm now waiting for them to come fix the burner on the over which has been two weeks now. I was never given a courtesy letter letting me know my lease was up. We've been living with a roach infested apartment for a year ...now and this as well was told to the MANAGER, nothing done. The maintenance crew WILL STEAL your belongings! They will not leave a not letting you know they were in your apartment. if your still considering moving in, MAKE SURE your new apartment is clean, The carpet and in and under all appliances. When you sign and are giving your damage report make sure they sign it and you get a copy because they will "lose" it or "never received it back". All being said move her if you want or have to but know the facts above before doing so. this is an honest review and I've never had this problem before.
