Arbor's of Wooster Review
August 27, 2015Location is spot on has a store/restaurant for everything you need/desire to eat within walking distance. Quiet community. Overall, this apartment is good just has a few deficiencies. One bedroom units come with an 11x17 loft (great feature and use of space). However it turns out it's your biggest space in the unit. However, the air conditioner (wall unit down below in window) doesn't really flow up to the loft so the biggest selling feature (I felt) is always REALLY HOT (and guessing really cold ...in the winter but I haven't been here in the winter yet). Full-sized washer/dryer hookup is great but it takes up your entire non bedroom closet. Baseboard heating option but the heater locations severely will impact furniture locations come winter. Does not have some of the modern community features I feel people desire like 24/7 fitness center, etc. Overall though good value for price and one of the top communities in Wooster.
