For someone new to the city, the location and abundance of pre-paid utilities made transition very easy. The staff members are very nice, the unit comes with a large TV... Despite this, I would have made a different decision if I could. Beyond the issues of unethical management, for me, rent here was simply not worth it. rent in even more lively, friendly neighborhoods. You might have to move-in some furniture, perhaps even pay select utility bills, but it will still be cheaper in the end. And since public transport is so abundant here, you probably won't find yourself travelling much more. Also, trains/street traffic/construction probably won't be a constant sound.
