From completing a Facetime tour, to applying, to moving in, the entire process was so smooth and quick. I needed a quick move in due to being relocated, and it was so relieving when I got the call. Overall great place to live!
June 20, 2025The things I like about my apartment is the private balcony, appliances, soaking tub, ceiling fans, counter space and cabinets, and the under counter lighting is cool. The Gym and pool are awesome too but the reason I like staying here the most is because of the staff. Great Apartments, Great Location, Great Staff
June 11, 2025I’ve been living here for a few months, and I love my unit. It's spacious and has huge windows for lots of natural light. If you live on the southern side you can see the rocket! The location is super convenient if you work near Research Park, and you can slip around the traffic on University without being too far of a drive from Madison or downtown. The staff are fantastic - always friendly and welcoming, and they regularly host resident social events where it's been fun to get to know my ...neighbors over food and games. Marc has done a great job coordinating them, and is always happy to help and make sure you feel welcome. It's a breath of fresh air to have staff that genuinely care. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'm so glad I moved here.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful apartments
June 11, 2025I have toured a few apartments in Huntsville and this one by far exceeded my expectations! It is so beautiful and spacious! Marc gave me the tour and he was an absolute pleasure to work with and made it feel like home. the pool with the fire place is a good place to relax after a long day! It is a quite complex and nice neighbors. My big windows in the living room and balcony is so breathtaking in the afternoons at sunset. Beyond Incredible Experience!
June 11, 2025This is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. I moved in recently, and Marc, Liv, and Tiffeney have all been exceptional. I moved from out of state, so I took a chance and applied not having seen the community. I was kept in constant communication with updates, and I moved in the next week. My apartment is the most luxurious one I have ever lived in, or even laid my eyes upon. The finishes and the amenities are beyond top notch. Its a great community!
June 11, 2025We've lived here for 6 months. The property is just under a year old with great amenities. There's a beautiful pool, a 24 hour well equipped gym, brand new washer/dryers in the unit and a lovely staff that just puts the icing on the cake. I'm so glad we chose Arcadia for our home.Property Manager Responded
