Insufficient heat! My apt is always freezing. I had to call and complain everyday for weeks and its been over a month now still insufficient heat. They put on the heat in the middle of the night whenever they feel like it. Second issue are the roaches and spiders. My first week living here I found four roaches. I had to go out and buy roach injection. Come to find out they bombed the next door neighbor and the roaches cane crawling to my apt. Third issue is parking. If you live in building A then ...
it is a mission to park your car and get into the building as there is no direct entrance from the lot to the building. Just imagine grocery shopping and carrying a lot of bags. Fourth issue is my bedroom closet. It brakes every time you slide it open. I’ve had it “fixed” About 5 times now and it still breaks. Lastly the girls in the office are very disorganized they lost my rent check and could not locate it til after three weeks. Nobody wanted to take the blame. This was my first year here its only been 4 months so far and I can not wait til the lease expires so that I can run out of here!
