Poor Service
July 24, 2023I gave timely notice and moved out and am still fighting to get my deposit back. They always tell me to wait for the manger who is never available. I've been calling almost a month to speak with this manager who is always busy and still can't get in touch. And that's just moving out. Living there of course was worse that's why I didn't renew. Trash all over the place and only one dumpster in a section full to the brim almost every other day. They need an extra one to avoid all the overflow ...causing vultures to literally swarm the place. DON'T MOVE HERE ! ! ! Poor management and maintenance
May 17, 2022The apartments are roach infested, black mold infested in the ceilings and walls of bathrooms and laundry room, which is a major HEALTH HAZARD. Drug and gang activities throughout the complex, police and ambulances are called practically every night. Management and maintenance are non-existing they never respond to emergency issues, nor normal maintenance issues or upkeep of property. Personally have had a mold and mildew issue in bathrooms since the day I moved in. Having normal running water ...and hot water is a constant problem; boilers are constantly broken. There has literally not been a two week span that something has not broken, are needs repairing. Have sent in several work orders with pics that go unanswered and work never completed but is listed as completed in the portal. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in, would not recommend for anyone. Careless workers
August 3, 2021My AC was broken since March to late June. I called numerous times and it took me complaining every single day to finally get somebody to come look in my apartment. When they did come maintenance moved my dinning chairs to stand on them!!!! My Ac broke again so I called this morning and was told somebody would come look at it. Nobody came so I called again at around 2:30 when I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water and the water pressure was very low so I asked if somebody could come ...for the water and ac.. WORST MANAGEMENT!
August 3, 2021The new management is worse than the old management.. I told her about the mold growing in the fridge & it was not a concern to her she said ok well we’re working on it we have maintenance taking out carpet..I moved in 9 months ago & notified the office about the mold and holes in the laundry room & when I told her this she said she did not care she has only been here for 2 months!!! October 23, 2018I recently moved into a 3 bdr which I'm in love with. I have a washer and dryer connection with a big patio. The prices are very affordable. The office staff gave me a great special for the location of where its at it's worth it. Their are several big stores near by and its close to Hwy 6. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dilapidated Apartment
July 18, 2018I don’t normally do this,but I have to, for the sake of others and humanity.To be concise, this apartment complex is run down. Is in operation simply for money making and nothing else. Refrigerator problem is listed in the emergency list. guess what? We have no working refrigerator for almost a week now. The carpet was supposed to be changed for the past 8 months, hasn’t been done. If you are snake and roaches lover you are welcome to this place. If you live here you will surely be expose to ...mold.Most of the time no water. Very soon I will load pictures of everything here for people of Houston and others to judge. They think they are protected by some real estate laws or regulations, but we shall see . YOU COULD DO BETTER
August 12, 2015I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND HAVE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES. MOST COMMON AND ANNOYING ISSUES ARE WATER ISSUES AND A/C ISSUES. THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF DURING THE DAY ALL THROUGH THE MONTH OF JUNE. IT WAS WEEKS BEFORE WE RECEIVED A WRITTEN NOTICE ABOUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THE WATER.
