Unresponsive to issues
June 1, 2024Unresolved maintenance issues, send emails or texts and get no answers. Issues going on for months and more piling up with no answers to being resolved or taken care of. Maintenance will come look at the issue when first known, say they can’t fix today but will be back and that’s the last you hear of them. When trying to reach out to office for updates there is no response. If you like being ignored on issues this is the place for you, otherwise stay away.Property Manager Responded
