Great place to live!
October 11, 2023Been living here for 2.5 years and it's been great. The apartment is spacious, especially for the price, and I feel very safe. Location/neighborhood is wonderful. It's very central to the rest of LA and there's a lot within walking/reasonable driving distance to do. I've been amazed with how many errands I can run on foot. For the most part, the property manager and building manager are attentive with maintenance. However, the back elevator has been broken for awhile and the gate to the garage ...stays open for slightly too long, which makes it susceptible for unhoused people to walk in. The gate problem can be remedied by waiting by the gate after you drive in or out to make sure no one else wanders in, but I shouldn't have to do that. Overall - there's room for improvement but I don't see myself moving out of here anytime soon!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible apartment complex
March 21, 2023Lived here for 2 years and had a horrible experience. Not only were their roaches in the hallways no matter how much you cleaned but they would sometimes enter my unit. The hallways have holes in them. The gate is always broken and homeless people destroy things on the property and mess with our cars and parking spots. People who live here are inconsiderate and leave the front door open. Homeless people have entered the building multiple times.
