    It’s been pretty bad. Long list of problems. Hard to get someone to even talk to you let alone actually resolve a problem. Constantly pushed aside like maybe if we just ignore him long enough he’ll quit asking. Virtually nothing done to make residents feel better about any of the problems they’ve experienced

    I like Ardan when elevators run. I think an HOA fee and an amenity fee randomly being added is insane considering 0 improvements were made since moving in 2 years ago

    Great place to live. It's very clean and nice. The people and staff are friendly. Great location and easy access to transit. It's surrounded by shops and resturants. The Katy Trail is a short walk away. There's multiple gyms, and grocery stores neaby. The amenities are best in class. For the price you cant beat what you get. I highly recommend this place to someone looking for value luxury.

    Ardan truly stands out for its impressive amenities and beautifully designed apartments. Securing my apartment required multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication.On my move-in day, I was unable to obtain a key fob. As a result, I had to rely on contacting a maintenance person onsite to let me in each time I needed access.The entrance room consistently smells unpleasant, reminiscent of trash. This detracts from the overall atmosphere and first impression when coming home.

    I have lived at the Ardan for a year and have no complaints. The amenities are great, the staff is quick to respond, especially maintenance, and the community is respectful overall. I feel safe, and we have excellent security. I have lived in other places in the West Village and have been disappointed, but not this complex. If anything, you get what you paid for.
