    Living at the Arden has been a fantastic experience! Kaelyn and Samantha do an incredible job with the move-in process (very smooth!), leasing questions (prompt!), and letting you know ahead of time if there will be any maintenance done that might affect you. The building itself is immaculate and the apartments are modern and clean. I appreciate the staff being very personable and going above and beyond to take care of the resident’s needs.     Capitol Square, State Street, and Grace Coffee Co. Also, Arden is very close to both Lake Mendota and Lake Monona — with awesome views of both lakes from the 11th floor terrace!

    I have never seen a building this colorful in my life! It was so refreshing not to see ANOTHER gray painted building in Madison! The lobby and the rooftop are so beautiful words can not even describe! It was an easy YES for me!
