January 14, 2023Living at the Arden has been a fantastic experience! Kaelyn and Samantha do an incredible job with the move-in process (very smooth!), leasing questions (prompt!), and letting you know ahead of time if there will be any maintenance done that might affect you. The building itself is immaculate and the apartments are modern and clean. I appreciate the staff being very personable and going above and beyond to take care of the resident’s needs. The location is great — within walking distance of the ...Capitol Square, State Street, and Grace Coffee Co.
