do not recommend if you want to enjoy your home!!
December 31, 2024Horrible complex. Horrible upkeep. Dyslexic management. Noisy environment, etc! I would not advise you to move here unless your options are limited!! I lived here for a year by force as they refused to let me out of my lease. I've dealt with noisy neighbors, they literally allow the chick in 512 to BREED DOGS. so there's 15+ people along with 3 or more animals living in the SAME UNIT on the third floor and disturbing the entire building. They allow this bc the tenant has been here for years, and ...they have a friendly relationship. IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR DESIRE PEACE IN ANY WAY, DO NOT MOVE NEAR BUILDING 5 IF YOU MOVE IN THIS DISGUSTING COMPLEX AT ALL. they pretend to solve problems but really they dont. once you require actual assistance, they stop answering the phones. the office staff sits in the chairs and write fake reviews about the complex all day, this place and everybody in it is a JOKE! cant even complete a proper move out. Multiple things wrong in my apartment
August 23, 2024I’ve been here since 2022 and I’ve been waiting for a new dryer for a year and a half now and now the dryer doesn’t work anymore at all the guy Brandon is very disrespectful and likes to argue with tenants. How about he closed out my work order for the second time as if the job was done and he never even came to check. Every time I call the office no answer so I walk there just to have someone lie to me about anything I ask. I’m turning my stove on from the circuit breaker, multiple lights not ...properly working in my apartment. I was never given new blinds when I moved in it’s just crazy how nothing gets answered with the truth.Property Manager Responded

Regarding maintenance and neighborhood concerns, please know that we take these matters seriously and strive to maintain a high standard of living for all residents. We have dedicated teams in place to address maintenance requests promptly and work closely with our onsite Courtesy Officer and local authorities upon notification of any incident that may involve unsavory behavior/activity on our community grounds. The allegation of theft by our office team is deeply troubling and goes against our values and policies. We want to assure you that we have not received any information to support such a claim. However, we take all allegations seriously and would conduct a thorough investigation into any potential concern of this matter. Any specific details you can share will assist us in this process. We recently implemented ...online-only payments effective 1/1/24 to simplify the rent payment process for our residents. The air conditioner is not working
July 2, 2023I moved here since May 2020 and it has been fine. But at the end of June this year, the air conditioner in my place broke down. I live on the third floor, and the temperature at home is close to 90 degrees every day. I went to the office and said it twice. Now it is just a small window air conditioner for our backup. I don't know when to fix this for us. My family with two teenage children is in the heat right now. Don’t move here!
April 11, 2023Just moved here and from day one I had problems. Went to the office multiple times and got lied to. Second day I moved in and my air went out. Almost 30 days without central air or heat when it got cold. Then on top of all that they entered my apartment without my permission and without notice and left dirty gloves and trash in my apartment. Almost thirty days in an apartment that I could barley function in. Moving here was my worst mistake and I can’t wait to get out of here! DONT MOVE HERE. Horrible management
September 13, 2022If you want $300+ dollar light bills because the AC units are so horrible here... This is the place for you. The units freeze up when you put them on 75 and won't drop below 75 until 10 at night. The maintenance workers solution to the problem was for us to close 3 of the air vents so it would blow cooler in the bedroom areas. Instead of fixing/replacing the AC unit. Then when we told the regional manager about our issue and bill being 300+ she said she would get them to replace it because "that ...was unacceptable". Yet she still haven't done anything about it... It just all around mismanagement and people who don't care because they don't live in your situationProperty Manager Responded

Amazing Place
February 22, 2022Since they changed management this property has been such a joy to live in. Ms. Theia at the front is so amazing! I come in and everything is taken care of immediately. Maintenance is so nice. They all make me feel like Im important and they never hesitate to respond immediately. Also the new upgrades they’ve done so far are so nice.
