      would put 0 if i could ?? management is horrible and always rude, even the lady that answers the phone is horrible. pool is always closed but is listed as an amenity. gate is always broken so if you're looking for safety, it does nothing. maintenance randomly comes in with no warning ( they messed up our door lock last time so our key gets stuck, second time this happened). our ac broke last year and it took WEEKS to get fixed. so far maintenance crew has been pretty nice but clearly theres a lot ...

      The air conditioner is not working

      I moved here since May 2020 and it has been fine. But at the end of June this year, the air conditioner in my place broke down. I live on the third floor, and the temperature at home is close to 90 degrees every day. I went to the office and said it twice. Now it is just a small window air conditioner for our backup. I don't know when to fix this for us. My family with two teenage children is in the heat right now. It is unbearable that the living room and kitchen are like a stove every day

      If you want $300+ dollar light bills because the AC units are so horrible here... This is the place for you. The units freeze up when you put them on 75 and won't drop below 75 until 10 at night. The maintenance workers solution to the problem was for us to close 3 of the air vents so it would blow cooler in the bedroom areas. Instead of fixing/replacing the AC unit.
