September 26, 2015Argenta Flats are new apartments in North Little Rock in the historic Argenta district. The apartments are modern with stainless steel appliances, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, large living rooms, lots of windows to let in natural light, ceiling fans, and included washers and dryers in the units! Argenta offers great restaurants and cafes, art galleries, comedy clubs, bars and breweries, and a farmers market all within a 5 minute (or less) walk from your front door. ...Dickey-Stephens baseball park - home of the Arkansas Travelers - and the Verizon Arena are also within walking distance of Argenta Flats apartments. The river market area of downtown Little Rock is also close: an easy bike or drive across the river, or a quick hop on the Little Rock River Rail Streetcar that has a stop just down the street can get you to the heart of downtown.
