Great first apartment
February 24, 2026Perfectly located between Six Forks and Falls of Neuse Rd allowing short commutes for work or activities. Being located in between such busy roads, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. To add to the peacefulness of the neighborhood it is right next to the police station so if you ever need them they're within arms reach. The office ladies are exceptional, especially Ms. Saira and the property manager Ms. Brandy. Everyone has been helpful, warm, and accommodating and made the application ...and move in process as seamless as possible. There's a nice paved walking trail around the pond where you can find most people walking their dogs or enjoying the ducks and geese swimming around. There is a really nice dog park with a doggy play ground and obstacle course as well. Very nice floor plan with updated renovations to give you a higher quality feel without the higher quality price tag.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful outdoor environment ... the apartment not so much
April 21, 2025I was initially impressed when I drove into the complex, because the physical property is really cool. It's a beautiful natural environment with tons of flowering trees and birdlife everywhere. The one-bedroom apartment I toured was disappointing, though — dark and depressing, not particularly clean, and not a space I could imagine living in. Nice looking apartments!!!
January 8, 2025I toured along with Damelia a 2nd story apt as I wanted an idea what they looked like... I need a 1st story apt as I am crippled and cannot take steps. I pray this 1st story apt that comes available in March is as pretty, which I'm sure it will be. The grounds are beautiful, and there's allot to do in this village. Right now I am awaiting a call to see what I need to do next as I have applied. What management?
December 10, 2022This place is by far one of the WORST apartment complexes I've lived in. I've put in NUMEROUS requests to fix the peeling paint in the tub, which clogs up the drain. They say they're going to fix it and it never happens. My HVAC system has broken 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Don't trust a word this management team tells you. The photos are not accurate
August 15, 2022The photos are not an accurate to how the apartments currently look. I moved in November 2021 and as of August 2022, nothing that was suppose to be fixed in 2022 was fixed (balcony door, stove, electric/ lights, missing bathroom tiles). The dishwasher leaks a lot, whether you use it or not (I do not use it at all). There are huge bugs. You pay for extermination but they never come. Not once has an exterminator visited my own. Nice area but terrible management
May 12, 2020Originally posted this review but received an email from the property manager requesting I take it down and we could try to resolve my issues. I have attempted to reach out to her directly with no response and it’s been close to a month. * I have very mixed reviews with Aria North Hills. I love the location and love how quiet the community is. So far, everyone I have spoken to has been kind. However, there a lot of issues with the buildings. About a week after I moved in, something in my ...neighbors apartment caused a flood in both their and my apartment. This happened on a Friday. By Saturday, Aria had sent somebody out to vacuum the standing water from my neighbor’s unit. I did not get anyone to visit my apartment until I had to submit 2 work order requests and all that was done for my unit was an industrial fan. Now, my carpet is discolored and has buckled due to the amount of water being stuck in my apartment from sometime Friday to Wednesday (5 days). I do not have a renovated unit which I do not mind but they have placed “newer” and cheap installations to cover the older installations. Like the cabinets. They doors seem nice enough but when you open them, they are very old and have a very particular smell. A lot of my light switches do nothing. A major issue is the how thin the walls are. I can hear everything my neighbor says (does not help that he is always yelling at all hours of the night) It is so disruptive. I attempted to contact the office regarding a noise complaint but they never responded. Another issue is the office is never open! My packages get sent to their office but I work 9am to 6pm while the office is only open 9-5. I’ve tried to go in 15 minutes early on my way to work and got scolded. There is no package notification system either which is very difficult when family members are sending gifts and you cannot see the tracking information. Finally, I have yet to receive any of these “Dasmen Points” they keep advertising. I always pay my full amount online and still nothing. I emailed them today but we will see if I get a response. I was excited about this property moving in but the cons out way the pros.Property Manager Responded
