Perfectly located between Six Forks and Falls of Neuse Rd allowing short commutes for work or activities. Being located in between such busy roads, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. To add to the peacefulness of the neighborhood it is right next to the police station so if you ever need them they're within arms reach.

and move in process as seamless as possible.
There's a nice paved walking trail around the pond where you can find most people walking their dogs or enjoying the ducks and geese swimming around. There is a really nice dog park with a doggy play ground and obstacle course as well.
Very nice floor plan with updated renovations to give you a higher quality feel without the higher quality price tag.
