The indoor/outdoor Mezzanine is beautiful with lots of options to work and to relax. We're looking forward to the events the ARIA offers and making new friends in this community. Also, the walkability is fantastic, and the views are lovely. Hidden fees every month
February 2, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comPLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I recently moved into this apartment complex and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The advertised rent seemed reasonable but as soon as I signed the lease, I was hit with multiple variable rates and hidden fees that were not disclosed during the tour or in the paperwork. To top it all off, the maintenance services were subpar and I had to constantly follow up to get things fixed in my unit.
