My husband and I are loving the ARIA! We moved from another state and the office staff helped us through every step. (I called the office A LOT!)
The indoor/outdoor Mezzanine is beautiful with lots of options to work and to relax. We're looking forward to the events the ARIA offers and making new friends in this community. Also, the walkability is fantastic, and the views are lovely. So many places to eat along with book and coffee shops, retail stores, the library, Esther Short Park and the ...
Farmer's Market--all incredibly close.

The Aria is located downtown and is not far from great restaurants and entertainment on the waterfront. There is a Famers Market every weekend as well as events in the park. A great place to call home.

The Aria has been a great place to live in the center of downtown. The location is near the river where great restaurants and a walking trail are located. The staff have been amazing in addressing any issues that come up. Overall I would give it a 10 rating.

Great location & spacious apartments, with nice layouts. Friendly helpful staff. Very pet friendly. Nicely maintained. Love that it has a/c - heat & washer/ dryer; just wish the apartments had a built-in microwave above the stove.
