I've been pretty happy with Aria until recently. The management (or mismanagement I should say) of the building has started to become a problem. We continuously have leaks in our garage. There is some form of issue with the HVAC system. Both the trash compactor and the elevators seem to suffer mechanical failure at least once a quarter. Packages go missing. Our community carts to take heavy loads from the garage to our units kept going missing too. The office's solution to the problem was to ...
create a system whereby the carts have to be checked out from the office-- an admirable attempt to solve the problem except that the office isn't open at a time of day when most people come home with packages that need to be transported.
What is most bizarre is their attempt to solve the smell of smoke that wafts through the building at times. I for one have received a phone call asking me if I was smoking while I was at a doctor's appointment; fliers on my door; multiple community text messages; and most recently a knock on my door asking if I smelled smoke. Look, I prefer to live in a smoke-free home myself but harassing residents who have nothing to do with the issue isn't a way to achieve that.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the garage leaks, HVAC issues, elevator and trash compactor outages, package challenges, and other concerns. We recognize how disruptive these issues can be and are continuing to work with our vendors and teams to address them.
We’re also continuing to look for ways to improve package security and convenience. Parcel Pending lockers are now free for residents, and when space allows, our team helps move packages from overflow areas into available lockers.
