Hidden fees every month
February 2, 2023PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I recently moved into this apartment complex and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The advertised rent seemed reasonable but as soon as I signed the lease, I was hit with multiple variable rates and hidden fees that were not disclosed during the tour or in the paperwork. To top it all off, the maintenance services were subpar and I had to constantly follow up to get things fixed in my unit. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and would advise ...prospective renters to thoroughly review all the fees before signing a lease.Property Manager Responded
