you're not safe and they don't care
January 5, 2024The crime at this property is insane. Within 3 months of living there, my fiancé's car was broken into and took $900 to fix. People run into the gate constantly and it's left open. It constantly smells of weed and it seeps into your apartment. I broke my lease and left after 5 months because I didn't feel safe and that cost me over $1000. March 15, 2023This is a new community in the Humble area just North of Houston and minutes from IAH airport, Beltway 8 East and great shopping. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ally (leasing agent)- What a delightful experience it was! Ally showed me a couple of units with patience; she didn't do a rush walk through and a quick spill. Ally,allowed me to look carefully at the details within the unit, she answered my questions with clarity and not with a traditional sales pitch. I was able to apply ...the same day. Ally and the community manager were both very pleasant and welcoming. If you are looking for a great place to call home, I definitely recommend this community! Stop in and see Ally!
