Predatory parking enforcement
September 7, 2018I visited my parents at this place. My car was booted within hours of parking in the lot. Insufficient parking with predatory parking enforcement. If you are a recluse and never have visitors, this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away
October 1, 2016New owners every year or so. Nobody in the office most of the time during the year 2016. Currently painting the exterior to look like a clown college. No respect if you works nights you are NOT welcome. We start everyday here with a leaf blower going by each and every apartment to make sure everyone is awake by 9 am. When the lawn gets mowed we DEMAND the lawn company shows up as early as possible to wake everyone up. We also do not encourage company to come over. As a matter of fact we have no ...parking for visitors. Seriously if you have family or friends over PLEASE ask them to park the vehicle at veterans park a few hundred yards away. Remember you can't be in a park after dark so make sure they leave early. We have a lot of homeless in the area and they get angry after dark, we wouldn't want your friends or family getting hurt. So send them home while the sun is still up. No laundry machines in the apartments but we have a laundry room that has machines that take lots and lots of quarters. No, no we do not have a change machine. Maybe you could get quarters from a bank. Hope you have a tiny car if you move in because we only have tiny garages.
