Bad customer Service
June 10, 2025I lived at Aris Market Square for five years and moved out on February 28, 2025. Despite repeated assurances that my security deposit was mailed, I have yet to receive it. The current leasing staff has been unresponsive, refusing to return my calls, forcing me to follow up weekly for a status update. This has been the worst leasing experience I’ve encountered, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking reliable customer service.Review from Apartments.com
The best highrise PERIOD!!

Willowick has a wonderful team and especially Shelley, who is extremely professional and warm all while conquering a myriad of tasks. May 17, 2021One of the most beautiful Greystar high-rises I have lived in. Very courteous mgmt team, maintenance team and Concierges are amazing. I love the views in my unit and the amenities are nice. Easy access to Bravery Chef Hall and Secret Garden. Valet takes too long many times and they should be more careful with resident vehicles but overall, I would live here forever. Management has made every effort to have resident events (COVID friendly) at off-site hot-spots and brunch on our amenity deck. ...Superior living experience!!
