May 29, 2025I have live here for four years and there is a great team here now. The area is nice and I feel comfortable walking my dog pretty late. Look, I know no one cares about service anymore, but Maria is amazing. Her expectations from her team are high, but she works right along side them. The is a great manager and leader. March 13, 2025I’ve lived in the community for a number of years now. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. Pool is open year-round, centrally located dog park, friendly and quiet neighbors. walking distance to a liquor store, a little pub with a number of beers, a wood-fired pizza spot, and a nice restaurant called Hickory and Ash. Plus very easy access to Highway 36, not far to grocery stores including Target, and a 10 minute drive to the Flats Crossing mall.Property Manager Responded

The leasing team is always so friendly and willing to help with any concerns that may arise. The maintenance is always very timely and thorough whenever problems may happen. Both teams are amazing and make this Arista feel like home. They all know you by name and work everyday to make Arista better than it already is. January 31, 2025I love this complex. The location is perfect, the admin staff are consistent and communicate thoroughly. The design of the apartments are simple in the best way and the color scheme is very practical and easy to decorate with. Any issues that arise are solved quickly. There is coffee, nails, hair, pizza, ice cream and beer nearby along with up and coming restaurants. Lots of walking paths and beautiful grass parks around too. The gym is open 24/7 which is so nice! Greystar (new owner) is ruining this apartment
November 11, 2024Since Greystar took over ownership of this complex they have done everything they can to slowly increase costs for tenants as well infringe on tenants use of personal space. We have rented here for several years and used to be nice, but now they have changes trash policies to increase to total amount you pay for trash added to a required $30 trash pickup fee where the trash service will find all kinds of reasons to not pickup the trash. The dog park in the main area is basically a litter box with ...dog poop everywhere inside making it disgusting and unusable. The grills surrounding the complex never work and do not have brushes for cleaning. They have recently restricted the usage of your own patios, stating to remove items that are not in violation of the lease, which is illegal and infringes on renters rights. They have recently changed lease language to remove provided services from maintenance, leaving the renter to now pay and perform routine activities previously included (which is the only benefit of renting). Maintenance never comes around to assist in requests (most likely due to understaffing which the apartment will not hire more). Although the maintenance staff and employees there are nice, greystar like every corporation is doing all it can to provide you as little as possible with the highest rates possible, I would not recommend renting here you can find nicer apartments with more room in the area.Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2024Honestly, hands down the best Greystar asset I have seen. The manager Maria and her team are amazing. Art and Nate are very hardworking guys, and they are always kind and accomodating. They work efficiently and rarely require follow up visits. Maria, Kathiya and Monique are all kind, knowledgeable and dedicated to resident and potential resident experiences being positive. This is a top drawer team. I am thankful for them. I live alone with stage 4 cancer, and they truly care for my comfort. It ...means everything to me that they care, and make no mistake about it.
