I love the complex. Just wish we could keep the main gate working as well as the entrance to the mail room. Trash pickup can be hit or miss sometimes too and the compactor area is always a mess. But the apartment itself is great and the staff are wonderful. And the pool is really nice. Very happy overall with Ariza South.

It has been great so far! The move in process was nice and smooth and the staff has been very helpful. Didn't have hot water but maintenance came over the weekend and fixed it quickly.

Great location with easy access to everything I need. Any time I’ve had a minor maintenance request, the team has handled it quickly and efficiently. The amenities are a nice bonus and kept very clean. Overall, a very positive experience!

We have lived here for a year now. The apartments are really nice and the staff is extremely nice but still handle themselves very professionally. We are a little disappointed in the upkeep of the grounds and the amount of dogs that are here is a little more than we bargained for.
