My wife and I recently moved into a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Cortland Arlington located at 1550 Clarendon Boulevard, Rosslyn. All aspects of the process were outstanding! After an online search, we met with a very helpful staff member and received a tour of our prospective apartment. apartment, particularly the all new kitchen appliances and very large balcony. The maintenance staff responds within 24 hours to repair issues we submit on a service order on the Cortland app. The amenities are excellent, including a great lounge, gym and soon-to-be-opened pool. All the staff are professional, easy to work with and very service focused. Big shout out to Ben, Arlen and Desi who have all been extremely helpful every step along the way. The staff aims to have a social event almost weekly. We've gone to a couple in our first month here. Got to meet several other residents and enjoyed good food and adult beverages while socializing. My wife and I have lived in several apartments in the DMV and Europe and this has been our best experience.
