One month in!
February 19, 2026I've been living in this apartment complex for about a month now, and I'm really happy with my choice in coming here. Ameera on the leasing team was so kind and helpful, but not pushy at all, which made a big difference to me. I like that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment, and that whoever designed these apartments did it with LIVING here in mind. There's lovely little details all over, like a built in desk, trinket nooks, and thoughtfully designed drawers and cabinets. My only issue is ...that the walls (and ceiling) are sort of thin, and my neighbors have dogs that go nuts which then drives ME nuts (but that's not really the apartment complex's fault). It feels like there's a true effort here to make the space feel like a community, but without crossing the line into college dormitory. I hope the rest of my lease term is as enjoyable!Property Manager Responded

Horrendous Management
February 13, 2026I’ve lived here for 2 years and have had 2 (equally horrible) management companies. They add trash fees to rent despite the trash compactor having never worked throughout the entirety of my living here. Trash is left in a pile by the entrance. Maintenance is incompetent and unable to make routine repairs. We had no AC for 3 weeks during 90 degree weather because they refused to replace it. We haven’t had a dishwasher for 2 weeks because they refuse to replace it. They charge amenity fees despite ...the pool being closed for the first 2 months of summer. Our Favorite Apartment Complex!
November 18, 2021Arlington Park was my wife and I’s 4th apartment home since being out of college and it has been our overall favorite place to call home! Our apartment was spacious and warm while the property itself was clean and consistently maintained. Not to mention, the staff is friendly and always willing to help! Assistant Property manager Makenna and Maintenance Supervisor Tony always went above and beyond with follow ups and transparency to ensure all tasks were resolved! Looking for every penny
May 20, 2019Don’t live here. They’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you never see a dime from them back on the security deposit. I lived here for 2 years and they charged me $330 just for using the carpet! Whatever it takes for a massive conglomerate to keep a few pennies, they didn’t even replace the carpet. I was just charged for my “use” of their property for two years, which I guess isn’t what “rent” is.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Place to Live! Pretty Outdoor Space
April 11, 2018Beautiful apartments & landscaping/outdoor space. Staff is nice, aside from one woman, but she recently went on maternity leave & her replacement is WONDERFUL. (Spring 2018) Maintenance is friendly and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues (even just help with washer/dryers). The pet area is nice, however the complex really needs more pet waste stations. Also, there are geese everywhere (including droppings). The ducks are great, but the geese are mean and messy. It is worth ...it to have the beautiful pond, however. There are nice walking trails behind the complex that are great for walking a dog! Some of our older neighbors are mean & bitter, but that happens everywhere in Columbus. We have lived here 8 months. May 16, 2017They will try to evict you over an amount less than a dollar - happened to me when I did the math wrong ONE MONTH out of the 36 months I lived there. My neighbor was threatened with eviction when they were 6 days late with rent ONE MONTH... There are so many apartment options in the area, I would recommend you try to find another one. I paid a lot of money to live in my apartment and never felt valued as their customer.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2015Nice well taken care of apartments. Most residents are outgoing and friendly. My unit had new carpet and all appliances were in good shape. The dishwasher was the one exception to this; it was very loud which sounds kind of strange to complain about but its VERY LOUD. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the facilities clean and in working order and are always friendly. The office staff are friendly to your face but don't expect them to work with you on anything that involves money. That's ...their number one priority and its very apparent in the information they choose and choose not to convey. Be very thorough with everything before signing a lease and its not a bad place to live. The other 2 reviews on here lack a personal touch and look like they were written by the Arlington Park office girls. The apartments themselves have great finishes like granite counter tops and washer and dryers are included in every unit. Many floor plans are offered.
