October 27, 2018I wish I could give negative stars. I have been here a year. In that time frame we have dealt with roaches, black mold that they claim is in the lease. SERIOUSLY!? Regulated a/c, no water then no hot water. You have to drive through literal sink holes to get to your apartment. The "new" management is HORRIBLE. They do not care about you or your apartment. You are a number to them and a paycheck. Taking your money is there number 1 priority. Our vehicle has been broken into TWICE. Trashy. Bad ...smell. You have to contact them over and over and even if you put in your own maintenance request on their website they never come! August 29, 2016DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved into Arlington Place Apartments in July 2015 and it was the worse decision I have made. Yes they are all bills paid and the rent is cheaper but the saying "you get what you pay for" hold tried and truth here. It took me 4 months to get a dishwasher because the were transitioning into a new property owners. I have been calling in regarding my A/C since October 2015 and it finally got someone to look at in the middle of November after I wrote a long note/review and phone ...call to the new owners. For them still not to come in fix it,t hey finally had someone come out in March 2016 get it fix and it worked for a few days and it went out again I didnt even bother to put in another maintenance request. The maintenance for the apartments sucks horribly. Nobody speaks English and the people in the front office never submits the work orders/ or follow up with maintenace as they should. If you ever called the front office whether you speak to Jessica, Christina, or the other girl make sure you record it. Never speak to them with thought proof of a recorded conversation because you will speak with them and then a few days later no one will remember they spoke with you. If you can afford it move somewhere else. They leasing staff are horrible and so is the new property management company Roco Real Estate. They purchased the property in September/October 2015 and we never received any type of documentation/letter or nothing letting us know of the change besides when we into the front office. Secondly the pest problems is horrible, when I first moved in and did the walk through I documented to have a pest control come out because I saw roaches that was July 2015. As of August 2016 the pest people came out once which was in March 2016 and never came out again. The roaches will take over unit and no matter how much you spray or clean up and doesn't fix the problem. When I went to the office and reported it again I was told it was because the people who stayed downstairs from us moved out but again nothing has been done. I just go to the point of not complaining or submitting request because they never fix it and the sad thing about it I use to pay my rent before the 1st every month and it still didn't help anything. It horrible if you have no other choice but to move there I understand but if you can manage to pay a few extra then do it because its diffidently not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
So far so good!
August 1, 2016I moved in almost a year ago. I like it here for now and it's all bills paid. I go to San Jac and they gave me a student discount and its all bills paid which is why I decided to rent here. The office staff is nice for the most part although I heard my neighbor saying they locked her out of her apartment for not paying her rent. I like that the pool is always open and so is the laundry room. I get home late at night so I wash late at night. Over all good apartments.Review from Apartments.com
horrible place to live
September 22, 2015horrible I lived here n look else where they was a lot of break in and also car break ins management don't fix nothing they have roaches and maggets there sink cloug up refrigerators don't work it spoiled our food every week they don't return ur deposits and they let felons stay as long as they pay extra ur only allowed to have one park sticker if u parked in visitors there's a chance it might get towed away there always changing there policy mainance go in when ur not home trust me and also ...they never fix anything a lot of problems here also there was a shooting and a fight on the other side Jessica yeah don't trust her she lies parking lot is a nightmare that why u gotta park in visitors but then they tow it they come around 12 its just horrible water always cold !!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Only good thing is all bills paid
September 10, 2015Management isn't the best take forever to fix problems. They will tow your car for the dumbest reasons no security at all. Bad neighborhood cops are always in the complex, fights always happen in the pools. People from around the area use the pools and laundry facility.Review from Apartments.com
