The perfect place to live!
November 20, 2019This is an exceptional place to live! The staff is amazing and knows you personally. Maintenance is soooo quick and professional. There are only 10 buildings so it feels cozy and nice to walk around. There are 3 dog parks which is so perfect for an apartment complex! No other community quite compares to the unparalleled luxury you feel from the moment you drive into any of the Fountaine Bleau communities. If the aesthetic of the property doesn’t already have a wound, wait until you meet with one of the friendly and personable office staff members for your personalize community showing. The amenities are amazing, the events are always fun and my ...friends are welcome, see a staff as attentive and helpful… I could go on! New Management
March 30, 2021Arlo apartments now. Never answer the phones. Now added pet fees. You go to office during “open hours” doors are locked. They don’t care about residence, just want that money. They claim to be better but so far they have only shown that they don’t give a crap. Tons of people are moving out now. The property looks low budget. The gates don’t work half the time and now one is torn off completely. It doesn’t have the same feel any longer. This isn’t a place to call home. Terrible Management
September 2, 2021Do not spend your hard earned money. New management does not care about the residents. They are just here for the money. First, they pick and choose which car they are going to tow. They’ve towed my boyfriend’s car twice because it wasn’t in a decent parking spot. Yet, they know there is not enough spots to go around. Since then, we’ve seen cars in the fire lane and handicapped spots but didn’t get towed. Today, they’ve towed multiple cars because they were repainting the parking lots. Didn’t ...have the decency to tow it them to another building. Instead they tow it to east end towing!! Real convenient! Furthermore, I don’t know what maintenance is doing but it’s not their job. They don’t come out & spray. I’ve seen all kinds of bugs inside and outside of my apartment, regardless of cleaning. I’ve mentioned this to them & no one ever came out to spray. These people are rude. Anytime there’s a problem, it’s “out of their hands.” They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone but when you go to the office, they are sitting right there!! Or better yet, they are not there during office hours! As much as we’re paying out here, you would think it’s peaceful & hospitable but it’s not. Really pleasant stay
October 21, 2021I love all the amenities offered and the apartment is luxurious and functional, but I really love the responsiveness of their maintenance man, Jan, who is super accommodating and quick, and Leslie, the assistant property manager who has been there since I moved in and is very pleasant and always available to hear you out.Property Manager Responded
