Construction Project Started - No Peace & Quiet
August 28, 2025Construction has started on the adjacent lot and it is horrific. Machinery, beeping, loading, slamming, crashing. Want to sleep at 11:30pm? Earplugs. Want to sleep at 5am? Earplugs. 24/7 construction noise for the two year project and it’s becoming unbearable just a week in.Review from Apartments.com

June 17, 2025My favorite thing about living here and that’s why I have stayed here for two years now is the fact that while there are a lot of students living here it is very quiet and I feel safe walking my dog at any time of the day or night. Being in a community that is safe and quiet and clean are my most important factors when consider considering a place to live.
