Unsafe and trashy place to live

I live on the first floor building 2. The new landlords live above me along with their family and 5 kids or so. The kids run around all hours of the night bouncing basket balls waking up my kids. Dogs poop all over the property and kids step in the poop track it everywhere. The landlords family leaves their dog poop on their window sill let it sit there so it smells like poop in the stairwell. People who live in building 6 are selling drugs and drive stolen cars 50 mph around the apt complex ...

almost killing pedestrians. The pool has algae in it and my kids friend got sick after swimming in it. Our shower heads have been replaced with cheap ones by the landlord and we never have water pressure. There are roaches in our apt and we are clean people. This place will let any criminal move in. Do not move here!

These apartments are okay. They just was bought over by the Michaelson Group and the grounds are not kept up and the swimming pool is filthy. The swimming pool is the most desirable amenity here and they fail to keep up its it. I’m moving out don’t live here. They also have bed bugs and roaches in numerous apartments.

I moved into a "new apartment" with "multi-million dollar renovations" and the truth is the place is trash in so many ways.. BUGS. In a "brand new" apartment? All kinds yes i'm talking BED BUGS, COCKROACHES etc. The "renovations" in the actual unit were so poorly done you can clearly see how many times things we're messed up. The location is awful if you're in the first building because it is right by the road and it's so loud plus there are always homeless people wandering. We told maintenance ...

about an issue two weeks ago and he has yet to fix it. WAY overpriced for the quality of living. Management lies about everything and only cares about taking your money not actually making you comfortable living there. I hate it here so much and am doing everything to get out.. oh yeah and I've only been living here for not even 3 months...

We acquired the property 24 months ago...the property that we inherited (prior to our renovations) was in terrible shape. What a wonderful place to live

Just kidding. People who lived here prior had roaches. Apartment is infested. Has been for months and all they do is spray bug spray. Managers brush off your problems. A worker came into my house right after my daughter was born to cut a hole in my wall and said he’d have to do it that day and whenever i said I didn’t have anywhere else to go, he said “too bad”. People outside yelling all night. Multiple car accidents out front. It’s terrible. 10/10 would never recommend to a friend. Maybe try ...

again in 3 years when they’re done with “renovations” and only if you can afford their ridiculous prices. :)
