Poor management and security

I’m deeply disappointed with the management at this property, especially regarding repairs and security. Despite two years of persistent complaints, my air conditioning vent still leaks water into my pantry. Management's disregard extends to building security as well; there is a constant presence of unauthorized people in the building engaging in smoking, drinking, drug use, and other disruptive behaviors. feeling of insecurity among the residents.
Furthermore, the security measures here are inadequate. The intercom system intended to provide secure access is ineffective, and the gate locks are faulty and can be easily bypassed. As a result, we have seen a spike in criminal activities like car robberies and vandalism.
Additionally, the communal amenities are poorly managed. The pool has been closed for years because the manager fears it might attract outsiders, and despite our complaints, it remains inaccessible.
I regret choosing this location and am currently seeking ways to terminate my contract due to these unresolved issues. Everyone seems too intimidated to report these problems, but I felt it was important to speak up.
