November 30, 2025Property managers, maintenance and staff are super friendly. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. The staff is extremely kind. July 23, 2025We love this building and the property management even more. Any issues that arise are addressed quickly. They have fun little events pretty often, a great way to meet neighbors. The property is nice and clean. The views from the building are awesome whether it’s downtown or the mountains or the other neighborhoods. Balconies are nice and sturdy. The garage is pretty big with 2 underground levels. Nice amenities such as the game room and workout room. Grills outside are great and the little ...courtyard is great to have. Living in the heart of Capitol Hill in this wonderful building make me excited to be home. 4th of July fireworks views were a super nice bonus after moving in this year! July 19, 2025The water gets incredibly hot and the bark bath is down, but I feel safe here and there is very little noise. They have shut off water and chiller for maintenance but it’s been back up quickly.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2025Nick and Joe on the maintenance team are phenomenal, as is Yritzia in the office. Really enjoying the monthly events that 800 has started to put on for the residents. Neighborhood is great and always feel safe here. Only qualm is the gym; while it is pretty great it has started to smell and the carpet needs to be entirely replaced. Adding a dip bar would be greatly appreciated as well.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2025In the few years I've lived here it has been mostly a good experience: the handling of the community during covid was stellar, the grounds are kept mostly nice with additions and cultivations of style and design evolving ever so slightly over time. Great Maintenance team
April 21, 2025The maintenance team Nick and Joe are friendly, organized, and extremely competent. We just moved in and had a handful of issues to resolve.
