Good, all things considered! Facilities are generally clean. I understand that the building is old and shutoffs can be unavoidable, but the water shutoffs are frustrating when the rent is so high. I wish they offered rent credits or something when water is frequently shut off.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it has been very nice. Maintenance is timely, nice, and helpful. The gym is great. Also the office staff have always been nice and helpful as well.

Not bad but not amazing. Overall I love this place. The building is old so there’s those type of problems. Gym is nice. Dog friendly and lots of them.

The water gets problematic at times with lots of shut offs and it is scorchingly hot. I wish there was a pool, but otherwise I love this place! Spacious apartments, good neighborhood, and very pet friendly.

My partner and I have lived here since the building was renovated back in 2017. We have been through different iterations of staff and management and can say that the most recent change in maintenance has been the best thing to happen in a long time. Justin is amazing and does an excellent job with everything he touches. The ladies in the front office are always helpful and eager to make everything pleasant and easy for all tenants. We love this building and the property management even more. Any issues that arise are addressed quickly. They have fun little events pretty often, a great way to meet neighbors. The property is nice and clean. The views from the building are awesome whether it’s downtown or the mountains or the other neighborhoods. Balconies are nice and sturdy. The water gets incredibly hot and the bark bath is down, but I feel safe here and there is very little noise. They have shut off water and chiller for maintenance but it’s been back up quickly.
