February 24, 2026I’ve lived in these apartments for two years and love it. Management is super responsive, especially Erica in the office, who helped us move in quickly. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The location is perfect, close to downtown, though parking can be tight after 9 PM. The walls are thick, so I rarely hear neighbors. February 24, 2026Good for the price, but they are not strict on any of their policies. Meaning noise levels are not good and trash is fairly frequently found scattered on the property. But the staff is nice and maintenance is good at getting things done quickly.Property Manager Responded

February 23, 2026Pros: Professional staff and office management. Friendly maintenance team. Responsive to any issues or request, big or small. Cons: Conservice sewer and water charges are extremely high (I understand it not the fault of the staff). The higher ups should consider switching to Metro Water or giving tenants an option of which company to use.Property Manager Responded

February 21, 2026Since we have gotten our management team things have improved tremendously. I’m really happy here and so is my doggy who has friends here. The location of the property is perfect for my commute to work and I’ve met some really great people here. February 4, 2026It hasn’t been a pleasant experience. Between moving into a unit that wasn’t ready, moving to a new unit *made my responsibility while sick and pregnant* and the amount of things i’ve had to fix myself - it’s just exhausting. It was 7 degrees outside (yes power was on) and I had to buy more door weather strips for work orders I put in and things were “fixed” and closed out. I still get charged additional money for renters insurance I have. I have fixed my own toilet, improvised with my bath tub. ...For the amount of money I pay to live here it’s just extremely disappointing. The staff is nice but that doesn’t compensate for everything else.Property Manager Responded
