December 1, 2025Unfortunately, the maintenance at this property is sub par. They don’t treat emergency maintenance requests as they should. We had some safety concerns with the dryer vent they installed. It kept falling off, and they took a few days to get to it, leaving us with no way to do laundry.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2025The process was pretty easy and they were very understanding of my needs. I thank Marshun for getting me started. He paid attention to details and was great at why he does. You can tell that he wasn’t just thrown into this. He actually knows his stuff and if he didn’t he knew where to go. That’s very respectable. Marshun passed the Paton to Mrs. Ericka who was a gem. She treated my living situation as if it was her own. I’m thankful to be in the hands of those two. The community seems to be a a ...good community. My only wishes are for a better gym and the speed bumps that go a little diagnally on the road be re worked or removed. Just makes the vehicle shake like crazy.
