May 12, 2025Recently moved in and the office staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Little things in the unit needed fixing and shower wasn't entirely clean upon move-in, but overall, the community is very nice. The valet trash is convenient, but also makes the hallways smell really bad. The parking garage is very, very nice and easy to access. The exterior parking as well as the garage parking make parking very easy.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2025We love the building, amenities, maintenance staff and front desk. The valet trash service is great, however they are very picky about when they will actually pick up your trash and will leave a note that the bag is ripped when it isn’t. It’s super frustrating to pay for a service yet still have to take your trash out yourself. The package room could be better, as we were victims of theft in there. The ...other things that’s annnoying but is being fixed (thank you guys for your communication always!!) is the parking garage and people without spots parking in there. April 7, 2025I love this location and the amenities. I hosted my family Christmas Party last year in the Clubhouse and it was great. I'm impressed with the new staff who tries to have fun events to help bring the residents together. It is hard to meet the neighbors here.
