March 2, 2026Overall good. The Arrive staff are responsive to work with. The workout room needs to be cleaned more frequently for sure! We're in the middle of cold and flu season and honestly its pretty dirty and just looks "tired". I wish there was at least hand sanitizer in there because most residents never wipe down the equipment. IF there are wipes stocked.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026The staff is all very friendly and the public areas are always very clean. There was an emergency this past fall that required the residents to all evacuate and the communication between the office and residents regarding what was going on and when we could return was terrible. January 25, 2026I love the community. Its hard to find an apartment nowadays that has good property management. Maintenance requests are fixed day-of most times, and any community maintenance requests for common spaces are super fast. The snow plowing and salt is almost immediate and it shows that they care.
