December 6, 2025It’s been overall very lovely. Maintenance quite responsive. As well as management. Am hoping to extend my lease. The location is one of the best in the city and I love Attive II. I believe it’s been the best decision for me during a big transition time.Property Manager Responded

They all are not only very personable but professional. September 7, 2025We didn't start off smooth. What we ended up paying up front was a few hundred more than what we were told originally. The website didn't have the $300 pet deposit on it and nor did our original quote but then we were told we had to pay $300 on our lease. Another issue is when we got the invite for the dog monitoring (third party), this is ridiculous btw. I'm a responsible pet owner it said it on the website that it should be only $60 for 2 dogs (some kind of deal for having 2 dogs) but had to ...pay $75. The fees were not well explained. I have owned homes for over 35 years, the paper work was far worse than any closing on a home.Property Manager Responded
