June 19, 2025I’ve been living at Arrive at Brentwood for a short while and would rate the overall experience as average. The location is a key advantage—conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and quick access to highways, making daily commuting manageable. The apartment interiors are updated and fairly modern, though the build quality feels standard for the price point. Appliances and finishes are functional but not high-end. Noise insulation between units could be better, as sound from neighbors ...and hallways is occasionally noticeable. Maintenance response time has been acceptable, although not always consistent. Communication from management is professional but can be slow during peak periods. Parking is ample, and the community feels generally safe. Overall, Arrive at Brentwood is a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient location and functional living space, but it may not meet expectations for those seeking a more premium or personalized residential experience.Property Manager Responded

May 12, 2025Recently moved in and the office staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Little things in the unit needed fixing and shower wasn't entirely clean upon move-in, but overall, the community is very nice. The valet trash is convenient, but also makes the hallways smell really bad. The parking garage is very, very nice and easy to access. The exterior parking as well as the garage parking make parking very easy.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2025We love the building, amenities, maintenance staff and front desk. The valet trash service is great, however they are very picky about when they will actually pick up your trash and will leave a note that the bag is ripped when it isn’t. It’s super frustrating to pay for a service yet still have to take your trash out yourself. The package room could be better, as we were victims of theft in there. But huge shoutout to the front office for jumping on it right away and being super helpful! The ...other things that’s annnoying but is being fixed (thank you guys for your communication always!!) is the parking garage and people without spots parking in there. Overall, the good outweighs the bad by a lot and we love to be here!Property Manager Responded

April 7, 2025I love this location and the amenities. I hosted my family Christmas Party last year in the Clubhouse and it was great. I'm impressed with the new staff who tries to have fun events to help bring the residents together. It is hard to meet the neighbors here. The maintenance staff is efficient, friendly and do a great job! Thank you for making this experience very good for me.Property Manager Responded
