September 7, 2025We didn't start off smooth. What we ended up paying up front was a few hundred more than what we were told originally. The website didn't have the $300 pet deposit on it and nor did our original quote but then we were told we had to pay $300 on our lease. Another issue is when we got the invite for the dog monitoring (third party), this is ridiculous btw. I'm a responsible pet owner it said it on the website that it should be only $60 for 2 dogs (some kind of deal for having 2 dogs) but had to ...pay $75. The fees were not well explained. I have owned homes for over 35 years, the paper work was far worse than any closing on a home.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2025Apartment has a few issues when moving in but leasing agent was very attentive and helpful. I have already used the pool which is a beautiful setting. Everyone has been very friendly.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2025I’ve been living at Arrive at Brentwood for a short while and would rate the overall experience as average. The location is a key advantage—conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and quick access to highways, making daily commuting manageable. The apartment interiors are updated and fairly modern, though the build quality feels standard for the price point. Appliances and finishes are functional but not high-end. Noise insulation between units could be better, as sound from neighbors ...and hallways is occasionally noticeable. Maintenance response time has been acceptable, although not always consistent. Communication from management is professional but can be slow during peak periods. Parking is ample, and the community feels generally safe. Overall, Arrive at Brentwood is a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient location and functional living space, but it may not meet expectations for those seeking a more premium or personalized residential experience.Property Manager Responded

June 8, 2025Dominique is great! The maintenance team is timely and courteous. Building and grounds are taken care of regularly. The common areas are maintained well. I have had a great experience and recently extended my lease.Property Manager Responded
