Absolutely Abysmal.
August 24, 2025Couldn't be more nightmare of a move in. The unit wasn't cleaned, the master bathroom toilet wasn't seated into the ground and the master bedroom carpet REEKED of dog pee, we moved in to both a bed bug AND severe termite infestation, our A/C went out within the first week and still hasn't been repaired (it has been 7 days at this point, in the middle of a heat wave) there isn't a single piece of wood in this house that isn't warped (including the microwave, which has been hanging quite ...precariously on said warped wood), pink mold and mildew in the showers, and that's just naming A FEW of the issues we've had. Management has not been helpful and if anything, combative to our requests, saying our issues are "cosmetic" and "bad luck". Absolutely abysmal job from management to move people into a uninhabitable unit. I would not only recommend people not to live here, but make sure wherever they move is nowhere close to arrive laurie lane.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025Can’t express enough how much I am lucky to make Arrive Apartment complex my residence, my home , my fortress and my harbor…. I’ve been living here for 6 years and this is my “Garden of Eden aka Paradise…; Front office is knowledgeable, professional and experienced…; maintenance people are magicians…., everything around ( swimming pools, parking lots, laundry room., trash area are pretty much well maintained/ manicured…People/ neighbors are wonderful…; Thank you so very much for making my place/ ...home to be heavenly divine….I understand what a colossal work that is and that’s why I give to my Arrive Complex 6 stars instead of 5!!!! Simply Lovely
February 1, 2025Lived here for a little over a year. Every problem you could have gets resolved and fixed in a timely manner. Gym and pool was renovated in late 2024 and looks absolutely stunning. (The new owners are making sure everything is of high quality and are willing to pay for quality and comfort for all us residents) Neighbors are also nice and respectful of quiet hours. Overall, I would reccomend any friends to live here.Property Manager Responded
