Great building had great neighbors would live here again tbh , wish everyone wasnt 30 but the south loop area is a good spot if youre in a long term relationship or starting a family , wouldnt want to live here post grad

The location is truly the best and has been one of my favorite parts of living here. It’s incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything I need on a daily basis, which makes life much simpler and more enjoyable. Another highlight is the great natural sunlight throughout the space. The large windows allow plenty of light to come in during the day, making the apartment feel warm, bright, and welcoming. Love this building and staff! The amenities are great to I don’t even have to leave my apartment to have the city life experience. The hot tub and sauna gives me a spa experience all year round

This is a well managed building with great staff and amazing amenities. In an awesome location that easily gets me to CTA, work, shopping, and nights out. No complaints living here outside of recent elevator slowdowns but that has been well communicated by mgmt.

Enjoy living here — clean building, good security, and helpful staff. The only downside has been occasional elevator delays and one maintenance ticket that took a bit longer than expected, but overall response times are reasonable and problems get fixed.

I’ve had a generally good experience living here. The building is well maintained, management is responsive, and the location is very convenient. It’s usually quiet and comfortable. The only downside is that there are occasional hot water issues, but aside from that, it’s been a solid place to live.

Great apartments with state of the art amenities. The management is super friendly and helpful. Move in recently and everything was coordinated/organized perfectly. Didn't expect the move in snacks and refreshments that were placed on the kitchen counter.
