April 18, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at Arrive! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location is hard to beat—super convenient for getting around the city. If I had one suggestion, it would be to upgrade a few of the amenities. The gym could use a bit of a refresh, and it would be great to see more restaurants added to the shopping center downstairs rather than more furniture stores. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid place to call home.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2025The experience has taken the biggest u-turn that it could. Pipe burst on the floor above us and is being addressed 2.5 months later (basically kicking us out to do construction).Property Manager Responded
