I waited a week for maintenance to come fix my washer and after it being “fixed” I attempted to wash and discovered that the same issue is still happening. I have already spent a lot of money washing at the laundromat and was excited to just be able to do laundry at home and now I will have to go back to wash my things so that they aren’t left soaking wet in the wash.

We’ve lived here for over 7 years. This is a peaceful place where you can enjoy plenty of green areas. It’s perfect for walking and taking an evening stroll. You also have access to the Santa Monica Mountains if you enjoy hiking. The people who work in the leasing office provide excellent customer service. I love living here.

Clean and homey community! We love it here so far, we’ve been here for a little under a more and it’s great. Great for dogs and for a quiet place away from traffic noises.
