February 5, 2026I waited a week for maintenance to come fix my washer and after it being “fixed” I attempted to wash and discovered that the same issue is still happening. I have already spent a lot of money washing at the laundromat and was excited to just be able to do laundry at home and now I will have to go back to wash my things so that they aren’t left soaking wet in the wash.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026There are too many maintenance issues. The lights by my unit have been out for weeks and both sets of grills have been broken for months. There are some aspects of the community I really like, but they need to hire more maintenance people and maybe reduce the number of landscapers.Property Manager Responded
