February 16, 2026Arrive has been a very quiet and pleasant place to live. We are looking forward to playing in the pool and using the Bocce court as it warms up this year. We love having the option to bbq and plant herbs and veggies in the community garden area. My youngest plays at the playground anytime she wants since our patio overlooks the lawn and play area.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026During my time in the apartment, there were several maintenance issues that need attention. The air conditioning and heater were not functioning properly for an extended period. The microwave was also not working for quite some time, and the thermostat was not operational, making it difficult to control the temperature. In addition, the oven is quite old and would benefit from being replaced. Addressing these items would help improve comfort and overall living conditions.Property Manager Responded
