December 27, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this complex. The amenities are well maintained and thoughtfully, making day-to-day living very comfortable. The indoor parking garage is a huge plus, especially during bad weather, and it’s always clean and secure. The pool area is perfect for relaxing in the summer, and the picnic and outdoor spaces are great for spending time with family and friends. The gym is well equipped and convenient, and the club room is a nice bonus for gatherings or events. One of ...the biggest highlights is the maintenance staff -they are responsive, professional, and always helpful. Any issues are addressed quickly, which really shows how well the property is managed. This is also a very pet-friendly community, which makes it feel welcoming and inclusive. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to raise a family: safe, friendly, and close to everything Stamford, CT has to offer. November 30, 2025Arrive is a very quiet community just off the Stamford downtown. It is mostly clean and the cleaning staff is available most of the time. Property Management team was a bit over promising because I was told that the carpet would be replaced before I moved in but it was not changed.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025I am very disappointed that an apartment that is being renovated has had a filthy stove in the hallway for 3 weeks and had a washer and dryer unit in the hallway for 2 weeks. The stove is disgustingly filthy and is difficult for anyone living on the first floor to miss since it is right outside of the elevator. No excuse for this. Any apartment being renovated should not be using the hallways for storage. It makes the building look like a dump along with the filthy hallway rugs.Property Manager Responded
