July 30, 2025We have been living here for about 4 years now. We truly have loved living here. However, over the past year and a half the community has taken a decline. The property is not being maintained as well as it used to be, service requests take long to respond to and when they are, it’s usually feels rushed or incomplete effort. It’s also incredibly hard to get an email response. With the constant increase in rent, I’m not sure if we will continue to renew our lease. I hope to see some real change ...around here and bringing our beautiful community back.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Arrive Thousand Oaks has many wonderful pluses. They offer Zoom workshops on various topics which are interactive and can be viewed from the comfort of home. They have special recycling trash bins for food products and for various recyclables yet not enough apartment dwellers use them. That saddens me. There’s a dog park and a room dedicated to washing one’s pet which used to be a laundry room. I appreciate the gas grill and picnic tables with nice umbrellas. The complex is fairly quiet depending ...where you live(near the pool can be boisterous) and I live on Hillcrest where there are many sirens but the thick glass windows really help. I miss the simple gatherings that we used to have every few months which helped me meet neighbors. Overall it is a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2025Valerie was so kind to my husband and I when we were looking for an apartment! Fast and easy, the process was smooth and wonderful! She answered a out questions, the community is quite nice, though small community spaces, they are all simply wonderful.
