February 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived at Arrive for four years now and overall we really enjoy it. For the most part maintenance request are resolved in a timely manner. We love the doggie wash room. The grounds have gotten back to being more well maintained. I think my biggest complaint/opportunity is the carport storage. They are not maintained at all. The door is incredibly hard to open/the key gets stuck in the lock and it’s take almost five minutes to get the right “wiggle” to the get door open. And then the ...insane amount of spider/cob webs inside. Makes it’s really hard to get into the storage spaces. There’s also some inappropriate writing on the plywood doors that definitely should be removed to keep a more family friendly vibe to the community.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
