March 10, 2026DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! Specifically, unit 5123!!!!! This is the worst community I have ever "lived in" and I never stayed a single night in the unit. Let's start with the ENTIRE property infested with roaches, I found out the hard way after I had already moved all of my belongings in AND after I asked 3 timed before my move in date for the unit to treated. Also, once I received my keys there were still vendors in the unit doing work on my move in day when I communicated, I was having cleaners ...come the moment I got keys, so they delayed my cleaners. After my cleaners finished, they came back into the unit and destroyed everything my cleaners did. Now getting into after I have moved in there were roaches and a 20 plus Items list of things wrong in the unit, how do you have vendors in the unit at the time of move in and the unit still isn't ready for a move in mind you the previous tenant was in the unit for 18 YEARS (find out through maintenance) the damage that was done horrible. There was water damage in the bathroom cabinets, walls, base boards, the kitchen cabinets weren't even aligned properly, no hot water, cabinets were stained orange, blinds missing the covers, toilet wasn't connected or caulked to the floor, the shower drain was painted over and corroded, the list goes on. When I called to talk to the property manager, Jessica, about the disgusting condition of the unit the first thing out of her mouth is "we can let you out and refund your money". No apology, no what can we do to fix this, no option to transfer to a different unit just, you can leave. She only fixed her tone after I asked her this is the way you respond to someone who has just spent money to move in. After that she said they would fix the issues because I did like the unit if they were able to fix the problems, 2 weeks go by and nothing, but pest control was done out of over 20 things to fix I just said I'll leave. Now I have moved and spent more money to find another apt and after being told my refund (excluding movers and cleaners) would be expedited and received by me with 24-48hrs after I move out and its going on 3 weeks ago, I have received nothing, not my check, not a proper update, NADA! If you want to be treated as if you and the conditions of which you are supposed to live do not matter this is the place to be. I would never in my life ever recommend living here even to my worst enemy! Downtown living is not worth the bs they provide or should I say lack thereof!Property Manager Responded

It is clear from your detailed account that we failed to meet your expectations, and we understand how incredibly frustrating this must have been, especially after moving all of your belongings in. We are particularly concerned to read about the infestation of roaches, the condition of the unit upon move-in including vendors still present, the extensive list of maintenance concerns (such as water damage, misaligned cabinets, lack of hot water, stained cabinets, missing blind covers, and issues with the toilet and shower drain), and the subsequent delays in resolving these matters. The description of your move-in day sounds incredibly stressful and unacceptable, and we deeply regret the impact this had on your cleaners and your belongings. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the initial ...conversation with Jessica. It is never our intention to make residents feel unheard or dismissed, and we apologize if the initial response did not reflect the empathetic and solution-oriented approach we strive for. We understand your frustration with the lack of progress on repairs after your initial report and the subsequent decision to move out. Furthermore, we are very concerned to learn that you have not yet received your refund, especially after being told it would be expedited. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we want to investigate this immediately. March 1, 2026My experience is okay could be better if request were answered in a different timely manner, and the I personally think that the property could be more clear and willing to show the units they are trying to lease before renting out. December 30, 2025My unit itself is nice, but the surrounding areas of the complex are not clean and smell terrible. For instance the floor that my unit is on had backed up garbage from the valet trash and caused the entire floor to smell disgusting. Grounds cleanliness can be improved.Property Manager Responded

management left us without water for the night
November 6, 2025This week is the proverbial straw that broke it for us. We were willing to put up with a cockroach infestation so bad you had to have everyone vacate and treat the building. Tonight There was an emergency where they shut the water off to the building and then 6 hours later at 9 pm still no word on status. This happened the same week the fire alarm has been going off no less than 4 times (once in the middle of the night), and both elevators were down at different times. Instead of treating us to ...breakfast burritos, BBQs and conciliatory drinks, please use the money instead to fix this place. Management team in the office keeps changing every few months. Will definitely NOT be renewing our lease.Property Manager Responded
