December 30, 2025My unit itself is nice, but the surrounding areas of the complex are not clean and smell terrible. For instance the floor that my unit is on had backed up garbage from the valet trash and caused the entire floor to smell disgusting. Grounds cleanliness can be improved.Review from Apartments.com

management left us without water for the night
November 6, 2025This week is the proverbial straw that broke it for us. We were willing to put up with a cockroach infestation so bad you had to have everyone vacate and treat the building. Tonight There was an emergency where they shut the water off to the building and then 6 hours later at 9 pm still no word on status. This happened the same week the fire alarm has been going off no less than 4 times (once in the middle of the night), and both elevators were down at different times. Instead of treating us to ...breakfast burritos, BBQs and conciliatory drinks, please use the money instead to fix this place. Management team in the office keeps changing every few months. October 13, 2025The reality is the property is poorly managed; I can attest to this having been here 2 years. We are on our 5th manager and the promises that were made were straight B.S. Property is still fifthy and the fitness equipment is still outdated. You can tell me the company cares, because the capital investment and staff behavior says otherwise.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025I lived here since April 2021. It was a retirement dream. But the last year (25) took on different changes. Large dogs were allowed to move in and rules were not being followed. I got chased twice (2) by a large black dog. I sent emails both times voicing my concerns. We had a management change and things started to improve. But parking spaces were taken away, front door entrance is locked. Hard for deliveries to be received. The office help is unconcerned & rude in personality. I decided it was ...time to leave, so I did not renew my lease.Property Manager Responded
