It's my first month here, and it's been great. The staff at the leasing office are really friendly and helpful. The unit is in good condition. The location is great, it's near several bus stops, making grocery shopping and going to work easy.

So far my experience with Arrive West LA has been excellent. The leasing team has been responsive, respectful, and patient—especially during the application process. The location is super convenient, just a short drive from Century City, and the building feels safe and clean. I really appreciate the modern design, in-unit laundry, AC, and pet-friendly policy. Also, the two-month rent concession made this place one of the best value options in West LA. Really looking forward to settling in and ...

Organized process and smooth move-in. Quiet community. The ceiling is a bit thin so can hear some footsteps, but other than that so far so good.

since living here i always recieved great service from whoever is working in the office. not all the time is the same person there but they are quick and very nice. it makes living here feel more comfortable

Generally great. Quite expensive here even despite a 2 month deal. However, the community seems well taken care of with an onsite manager that's quite responsive, residents that all seem quiet and nice, and community events that go above and beyond what I'd expect from an Apartment complex. Built in gym and post office room is quite convenient as well.

Really safe area and loving the amenities. The team is also super receptive and fast when it comes to fixing things in our apartment or whenever we need help. I am so glad we chose Arrive and so far having a great experience here!

Great Spot!

Location is great and convenient (right off the 405 and Santa Monica Blvd), apartments are nice and adequately furnished, I feel very safe here, and the new management is very proactive. Ariel (property mgr) has been quite the breath of fresh air and the maintenance staff is attentive, polite and professional. They provide immediate attention to any issue you bring to them, and it’s noticeable how well they work together as a team. I actually saw the manager mopping the floor in the entry way. ...
They seem to take a lot of pride in the work that they do to the point where it was so noticeable, I felt compelled to write a review. It’s really nice to live in a place that is so well managed.

Nice staff and sterling location

This place is very convenient. Lots of restaurant and markets nearby. Public free WIFI is fast in the conference room and courtyard. Kitchen is new. Bathroom is spacious which I like very much!! In unit washer and dyer is a big plus. Very happy to stay here.
