February 14, 2026It’s been bad. Ants all the time no matter what. So much noise. My bathtub was cheaply painted over and it’s scratching off. The floors were not the color I thought when I moved in like the model. Rats by the pool. No lights at night to see in the hallway of the front doors. Taco stand outside my apartment and is loud. I wanted to love it here, some of it I do. But it’s been hard and sad for meProperty Manager Responded

July 22, 2025Great amenities…the gym, turf area for the kids to play, park and the multiple pools. Maintenance is always on top of it. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 is because the trash area near our unit. People leave their trash outside of the bins and it just looks bad.Property Manager Responded
