It’s been bad. Ants all the time no matter what. So much noise. My bathtub was cheaply painted over and it’s scratching off. The floors were not the color I thought when I moved in like the model. Rats by the pool. No lights at night to see in the hallway of the front doors. Taco stand outside my apartment and is loud. I wanted to love it here, some of it I do. But it’s been hard and sad for me

Great amenities…the gym, turf area for the kids to play, park and the multiple pools. Maintenance is always on top of it. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 is because the trash area near our unit. People leave their trash outside of the bins and it just looks bad.

I have lived here for 5 years now and they have been amazing. Everyone here is wonderful and help full when helping me resolve issues I have had in the past. From maintenance to everyone else, especially Lilian she has gone above and beyond to help me solve any issues I have ever had. She is amazing at her job and I appreciate everything she has done. I've now spent a year living at the Retreat. I live in an apartment with a laundry machine of my own. It simplifies matters. When I have any worries, the management takes care of them right away. It's a fantastic area to live.
