It’s been good experience so far living around here . The community is quiet and has great people. I like how they setup different things for the holidays where we all can relax and have good time. Taco stand is a plus !

I’ve had a great experience living in my townhouse at Arrive at the Retreat. The community is quiet, well maintained, and truly feels like a retreat. The townhomes are spacious and well designed, and the location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Management has been responsive and professional. I would absolutely recommend living here.

Great amenities…the gym, turf area for the kids to play, park and the multiple pools. Maintenance is always on top of it. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 is because the trash area near our unit. People leave their trash outside of the bins and it just looks bad.

I've now spent a year living at the Retreat. I live in an apartment with a laundry machine of my own. It simplifies matters. When I have any worries, the management takes care of them right away. It's a fantastic area to live.

When something breaks in the unit they are fast to take care of it pool area looks well taken care of trash area parking lots everything always well kept

Overall my resident experience has been good. Every staff member has been friendly and work orders have been completed in a timely manner. I understand that prices do go up each year, but for the price it would be nice to have the landscaping in the unit hallways and in front of unit entrances to be improved. I have been here for over one year and these areas aren’t tended to or maintained. Plants are dead and it is basically areas of dirt. It would be nice if these areas matched the other ...
