December 1, 2024Arrive on University continues to be a class act! It is a special place to live, due to the folks who expertly run this community. Sunny, the Manager, is organized, caring and responsive. Ashley, the Assistant Manager, excels at her duties and is readably available. Justin, the Facilities Manager, can repair anything, always remaining personable. Damien, the Maintenance Technician, is eager to keep things running smoothly. It's a great team! October 18, 2024Living at Arrive on University has been a good experience. The location is convenient for SMU students, and the amenities, like the gym, are decent. The staff is friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartments are modern and comfortable, with all the essentials.
