The staff is amazing and is super quick with maintenance.
I moved in a year ago and have enjoyed my time here even ending up renewing my lease so that I have one more year

Arrive on University is a class act! It is a special place to live, due to the folks who expertly run this community. Ashley, the Manager, is organized, caring and responsive. Christian, the Assistant Manager, excels at his duties and is readably available. Vincent, the Facilities Manager, can repair anything, always remaining personable. Oscar, the Maintenance Technician, is eager to keep things running smoothly. It's a great team! How fortunate we are to call Arrive on University our home!

We love our apartment, the amenities (swimming pool, timely trash collection, prompt maintenance, etc.) and the community overall. The location is very convenient for us, with a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The office staff is great and very helpful. And we like their regular community events, since it gives us a chance to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.
