Welp the staff is great, but I will be honest, moving out is an absolute nightmare- the costs are wild so they can make upgrades, your dishwasher is from 1907, all the appliances really. Rain causes stains on a patio esp if you have a rug after living there for a few years, you’ll pay for the power wash upon move out don’t worry. Even the resurface that is standard for a bathtub will come out of your pocket trust me. Expect 6k text messages and emails from something happening on the complete side ...

of the neighborhood unrelated to you. Swear I don’t miss the sound of a leaf blower 6 hours out of the day, but other than that- just a apartment with a lot of text messages, and people always moving in and out.

Arrive on University is a class act! It is a special place to live, due to the folks who expertly run this community. Ashley, the Manager, is organized, caring and responsive. Christian, the Assistant Manager, excels at his duties and is readably available. Vincent, the Facilities Manager, can repair anything, always remaining personable. Oscar, the Maintenance Technician, is eager to keep things running smoothly. It's a great team! How fortunate we are to call Arrive on University our home!
