January 25, 2026We love our apartment, the amenities (swimming pool, timely trash collection, prompt maintenance, etc.) and the community overall. The location is very convenient for us, with a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The office staff is great and very helpful. January 13, 2026I like it but there is room for improvement. First valet trash, is 100% trash. This is feels like a program created to just make money and hope that people fail bringing in there trash so that you can fine them $50 each occurrence. $50!!! How is that resonable? BBQ areas need to be cleaned. The trash bin in the back of complex is way to small and there is trash everywhere. Apartments are quite loud. You can hear every step of the upstairs neighbors. January 9, 2026I have nothing but pleasant things to say. The front office is so helpful whenever needed and so is maintenance. I love love my unit as well. It is so peaceful here and never any noise. The amenities are great and my dog loves hanging out on the balcony watching the pool during the day. October 1, 2025LOVE THIS APARTMENT!!! The location is wonderful and you have everything you need right around you. I feel safe here and love walking my dog around the complex. The dog park is nice too! The amenities are great and I love the pool. Moving in was so easy and cannot wait to use the fireplace this winter. The complex is quiet and I’ve never had an issue with noise. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.Property Manager Responded
