Awful management (property manager)
August 8, 2023To start off, there are roaches all over this apartment complex. Try using any of the grills and you will see. They never clean the pools absolutely gross; my dryer has broken 3 times and they still won't get me a new dryer. My apartment flooded because the fire suppression system was improperly installed, and it also flooded all my neighbors' apartments. Not only that but the property manager accused me of tampering with the fire suppression system, and when my girlfriend who is on the lease ...was home, he tried to accuse and harass her about not being on the lease when she clearly is on the lease. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
July 14, 2023Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Arrowstone. Spent 9 months there with no need for maintenance repairs or problems with the amenities. I did get the occasional background noise from my next door tenant's AC, but nothing to lose sleep over. Modest but decent gym, but sadly I never used the pool so unable to comment. Gated access was appreciated as well.Review from Apartments.com
